Composition
100 ml of an isotonic solution of Morenazal with chamomile contains: 1.08 g of sea salt (calculated on the dry matter) and up to 100 ml of water for injection. 100 ml of solution contains: Sodium - not less than 2.5 ng / ml Magnesium - not less than 0.35 ng / ml; Calcium - not less than 0.008 ng / ml. Potassium - not less than 0.10 ng / ml. Hydrocarbonates - not less than 0, 03 ng / ml Pharmaceutical chamomile oil - 0.2 ng / ml
Pharmacological effect
A solution of natural sea salt, isotonic, sterile. It is applied in the form of nasal drops or nasal spray. It contains natural minerals and trace elements. Its main purpose is to maintain the physiological state of the nasal mucosa in a normal state. The drug also contributes to the dilution of mucus and its normal formation in the mucous goblet cells. The tool removes allergens, various microbes, excess mucus, crusts, dust, small particles that clog the nasal passages and make it difficult to breathe. It consists of microelements, they have an anti-inflammatory effect, give impetus to recovery processes, improve the function of the ciliated epithelium, and this enhances the resistance of the nasal mucosa to pathogenic bacteria and viruses, promote its purification. With rhinitis, Moranazal helps reduce the local inflammatory process. Its use contributes to the removal of edema. Immediately after instillation or flushing of the nose, there is less discharge. After a short period of time, free breathing is restored, the risk of otitis media is reduced.

Indications
Symptomatic treatment of acute rhinitis; chronic, acute inflammatory processes occurring in the nasal cavity, sinuses and nasopharynx; rhinitis (infectious, allergic and atrophic), rhinosinusitis, rhinopharyngitis; preparation of the nasal cavity for the introduction and better absorption of other drugs; used in pediatric adenoids; prevention of inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, for example, antritis, sinusitis, or sinusitis; washing wounds, carrying out nasal hygiene procedures, incl. in the postoperative and autumn-winter period.
Contraindications
Children age group: up to 1 year; known hypersensitivity.

Dosage and administration
Children under 1 year 1 - 3 per day in each nasal passage; children from 1 year to 7 years - 4 times a day, 2 drops in each nasal passage; children from 7 to 16 years old - 5-6 times 2 drops; adults 8 times a day, 3 drops. For hygienic purposes, the procedure can be repeated many times until all nasal secretions are softened and removed. Young children, under the age of one year, doctors recommend to produce toilet mucous membrane of the nose in order to preserve its physiological characteristics. For this you need to bury the drops 2 - 3 times a day, 2 drops in each nasal passage
