1 bottle contains: Active substance: castor oil 30 g.
Pharmacological effect
Laxative agent of plant origin. When ingested, it is hydrolyzed by lipase in the small intestine to form ricinoleic acid, which causes irritation of the intestinal receptors (along its entire length) and the reflex enhancement of motility. The laxative effect occurs after 5-6 hours. Also causes a reflex contraction of the myometrium.
Indications
For oral administration: constipation. For external use in the composition of ointments, balms: burns; wounds; ulcers; dry skin; dandruff; to strengthen the hair.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity; poisoning with fat-soluble substances (phosphorus, benzene, etc.), extract of male fern; acute stomach syndrome.
Dosage and administration
Inside adults prescribed 15-30 g of oil or 15-30 capsules, children - 5-15 g of oil or 5-10 capsules. Capsules are taken within 30 minutes.
Side effects
Intestinal atony (with prolonged use).

Do not use as a laxative for more than 3 days.
