Composition
1 capsule contains: lyophilized lysate of bacteria Escherichia coli 6 mg. Excipients: propyl gallate (anhydrous) - 0.084 mg, sodium glutamate (anhydrous) - 3.03 mg, poloxamer 188 - 2.51 mg, simethicone, emulsion 30% - 0.396 mg, sodium chloride - 4.94 mg, mannitol - up to 60 mg, pregelatinized starch - 77 mg, magnesium stearate - 3 mg, mannitol - the required amount up to 200 mg. The composition of the capsule shell: iron oxide red (E172) - 0.01 mg, iron oxide yellow (E172) - 0.21 mg, titanium dioxide (E171) - 0.87 mg (dyes), gelatin - up to 50 mg.
Pharmacological effect
Uro-Vaks; has the following effects: stimulates T-lymphocytes; induces the formation of endogenous interferon; increases the content of IgA, incl. in the urine. Uro-Vaks; reduces the recurrence rate of urinary tract infections, especially cystitis.

Indications
Combined treatment and prevention of recurrence of chronic urinary tract infection, especially cystitis, regardless of the nature of the microorganism, in combination with antibiotics or other antimicrobial agents in adults and children over 4 years old.

Use during pregnancy and lactation
Clinical studies of the use of Uro-Vaksoma during pregnancy were not conducted. Dosage and administration
For therapeutic purposes, prescribe 1 caps. daily in the morning on an empty stomach as an additional drug when carrying out conventional antimicrobial therapy until the symptoms disappear, but not less than 10 days. The maximum duration of treatment is 3 months. To prevent a recurrence of chronic infection of the urinary tract, 1 caps is prescribed. daily in the morning on an empty stomach for 3 months. If it is difficult for a child to swallow a capsule, it should be opened and the contents mixed with drinking (fruit juice, milk, etc.). The duration of treatment or the appointment of a repeated course of therapy is determined individually, based on the general condition the patient.
Overdose
Information about cases of overdose are not available. The nature of Uro-Vaksoma and the results of the study of its toxicity in animals indicate that overdose is unlikely.
Interaction with other drugs
