Description
Pirogenal is a highly effective immunomodulator used to detect and treat sluggish, hidden infections that are poorly amenable to traditional methods of treatment, for the prevention and treatment of adhesive disease, scarring and contractures, to activate the regeneration of damaged structures and tissues.

Indications
Pyrogen solution for injection is used in the treatment of the following diseases: - ureteral strictures, as well as urethra, - liver disease (chronic), - urethritis, - prostatitis, - abdominal diseases, - in gynecology - venereal diseases,secondary infertility, inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages, are burns. Contraindications

Use during pregnancy and lactation
The drug is contraindicated during pregnancy and during lactation.
Dosage and administration
Intramuscular injections Pirogenal make after one day, one injection per day. For the preparation of a medicinal solution, the drug is mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The course of therapeutic treatment begins with a dose of 2.5 mgc., And then gradually increasing each day by a maximum of 5 mgc. The maximum allowed single dose of the drug does not exceed 100 mg. As a rule, the course of treatment is limited to 10-15 injections. Repeated injections begin to use after not less than two months since the previous course of treatment. This form of drug release is used in pyrotherapy in a dosage of 5-10 mgk. with a gradual increase to 100-150 mgk. Usually, injections are performed after 1 or 2 days.
Side effects
When using the pyrogenic drug solution for injection, body temperature can rise to a maximum of 37.6 ° C, as well as primary symptoms of influenza (fatigue, chills, nausea, fever, arthralgia, headaches and myalgia).
