Composition
1 tablet contains: Active ingredient: terbinafine 250 mg; Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose (PH 101 and PH 102), hypromellose, type A carboxymethylcellulose, anhydrous colloidal silicone, magnesium stearate.
Pharmacological effect
When hyaluronic acid interacts with water molecules, a dispersion matrix arises, replenishing the missing cellular tissue. It forms a natural supporting framework for cells involved in wound healing, increases the activity of granulocytes and macrophages, increases fibroblast proliferation and angiogenesis. Compared with sodium hyaluronate, zinc hyaluronate has a bacteriostatic effect against many bacteria.
Pharmacokinetics
When applied topically, it is practically not absorbed, a small amount of the drug is determined in plasma.
Indications
As part of complex therapy for the local treatment of poorly healing, infected wounds, leg ulcers, pressure sores, fistulas, as well as to accelerate the normal healing of wounds.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug, pregnancy, lactation.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
There are no data on the use of the drug during pregnancy or lactation.
Dosage and administration
Outwardly. Apply the solution once a day, on the damaged skin in the maximum dose of 1 drop / cm2. After pre-washing the surface of the wound with a saline solution or, if necessary, 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, apply a few drops of Curiosin solution to a gauze cloth in an amount necessary to evenly moisten the entire wound surface in a maximum dose of 1 drop / cm2. Cover the wound with a sterile gauze cloth or bandage that does not stick to the wound surface. The solution can be applied 2 times a day to very moist wounds. The duration of therapy is individual and depends on the form and severity of the disease.
Side effects
At the beginning of treatment, a slight burning sensation is possible, which gradually disappears. Very rarely, on adjacent skin areas, allergic reactions may occur (irritation and contact dermatitis).
