Indications
hormone replacement therapy for disorders caused by natural menopause or menopause due to surgery; prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
Contraindications
established or suspected pregnancy and lactation; diagnosed or suspected breast cancer, a history of breast cancer; diagnosed or suspected estrogen-dependent malignant neoplasms; vaginal bleeding of unknown etiology; Prior idiopathic or confirmed vein thromboembolism (deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary vascular thromboembolism); active or recent arterial thromboembolism; acute liver disease, as well as a history of liver disease (before normalization of laboratory parameters of liver function); untreated endometrial hyperplasia; hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug; porphyria. With caution: uterine leiomyoma, endometriosis; history of thrombosis or risk factors; risk factors for estrogen-dependent tumors (for example, breast cancer in the patient's mother); arterial hypertension; benign liver tumor; diabetes; cholelithiasis; epilepsy; migraine or (intense) headache; endometrial hyperplasia in history; systemic lupus erythematosus; bronchial asthma; renal failure; otosclerosis. After consultation with the doctor, the drug should be discontinued when: jaundice or deterioration of liver function, a high rise in blood pressure, a migraine-like attack, pregnancy and manifestation of any contraindication.
Dosage and administration
The drug is taken orally, 1 tablet per day, without interruption. In the first 14 days of the 28-day cycle, take 1 tablet of pink color every day (from half of the package with an arrow marked “1”) containing 2 mg of estradiol, and in the remaining 14 days - 1 light yellow tablet (from half packages with an arrow marked “2”),containing 2 mg of estradiol and 10 mg of didrogesterone.
Side effects
headache, migraine; nausea, abdominal pain, flatulence; breast tenderness, breakthrough bleeding, pain in the pelvic region; change in body weight.
