Pharmacological effect
Scope - otorhinolaryngology. The tool is intended for the prevention and use in the complex treatment of ENT diseases for children from 2 years and adults, by washing and irrigation of the nasal mucosa and nasopharynx. It has anti-inflammatory and moisturizing effect, relieves irritation. Thoroughly rinses all parts of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx, actively cleansing them from bacteria, viruses, allergens, crusts, mucus, dust particles. Maintains the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa, enhances local immunity. Reduces swelling of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx, helps to restore nasal breathing. Increases therapeutic efficacy of drugs applied to the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and reduces the duration of respiratory diseases. Reduces the risk of spreading the infection to the paranasal sinuses and ear cavity. Accelerates the processes of regeneration of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx, reduces the risk of complications after operations in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.
Indications
Irinka norm nasal lavage and irrigation agent can be used for children from 2 years and adults Spraying - “jet”: - for daily hygiene and hydration of the baby’s nasal cavity from the first days of life; - for daily use during the period of an epidemic of ARVI and flu; - for daily use in adverse environmental conditions, namely living in a harsh climate, staying in air-conditioned rooms and / or central heating, exposure to polluted air (dust, paint, etc.); and for daily use as prophylaxis and complex treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the baby’s nasal cavity (infectious, allergic, atrophic): - acute and chronic rhinitis; - acute and chronic sinusitis; acute and chronic adenoiditis; -allergic and atrophic rhinitis; -for the preparation of the nasal mucosa for the use of drugs.
Contraindications
individual intolerance to the components of the means for washing and irrigation; complete obstruction of the nasal passages; acute otitis media and exacerbation of chronic otitis.
Precautionary measures

Dosage and administration
With complex treatment and prevention: washing the nasal cavity 4 times a day. The duration and frequency of use of the drug is not limited. Lean your head to the side. Insert the tip of the balloon into the nasal passage above. Rinse the nasal cavity for a few seconds. Blow your nose. If necessary, repeat the procedure.
