Composition
10 g contains the active substance - ether-oil composition. Excipients: white petrolatum - 5.499 g, white wax - 2 g, macrogol and apricot glyceride esters (labrafil M-1944-CS) - 1 g, butyl hydroxyanisol - 1 mg.
Pharmacological effect
Combined drug, which includes a mixture of essential oils with natural substances in vegetable oil. The drug has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial effect, enhances granulation. Pinosol improves the patient's condition, facilitating nasal breathing by reducing the secretion and increasing the patency of the nasal passages. In the chronic course of the disease, the drug enhances the blood circulation of the mucous membrane of the nose, larynx, trachea and helps to restore its function.

Indications
Acute rhinitis; - chronic atrophic rhinitis; - acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the nose and nasopharynx, accompanied by dryness of the mucous membrane; - in conditions after surgery in the nasal cavity (in the hospital and outpatient setting)
Contraindications
Allergic rhinitis; - children's age up to 2 years; - hypersensitivity to the drug components
Use during pregnancy and lactation

Dosage and administration
For adults and children over 2 years old, the drug is applied in an amount of approximately 0.5 cm in each nasal passage on the surface of the mucous membrane of the anterior sections of the nasal cavity. A cotton swab can be used for the insertion (a stick wrapped in a cotton ball at the end). Then moderate pressure on the wings of the nose rubbed ointment on the nasal mucosa. The procedure is repeated 3-4 times / day. The duration of treatment is 7-14 days. An increase in the duration of the course of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.

Local reactions: itching, burning sensation, redness and swelling of the nasal mucosa
