Description
Substances contained in the preparation of SuperOptik, designed primarily to protect against damage to the macula of the retina and lens. The macula is the central and most sensitive part of the retina. Visual acuity depends on the normal functioning of the retinal yellow spot. The factors that adversely affect the functioning of the yellow spot include: age, smoking, long-term exposure of the eye to intense light (ultraviolet radiation), and the lack of so-called antioxidants. The adverse effect of the above environmental factors is mainly associated with the formation of free radicals. Free radicals are also formed in the body through many metabolic processes. Free radicals are atoms, molecules or ions that exhibit high chemical activity with respect to the constituent cell membranes (destroy them by oxidation). An excess of free radicals contributes to the ophthalmic pathologies such as macular degeneration and cataracts. When free radicals damage the macula of the retina, deterioration can occur, and often complete loss of central vision, deterioration of color perception, difficulty in reading, and in exceptional cases even blindness. Damage to the free radicals of the lens of the eye can lead to the development of cataracts. In addition to protecting the eyes from the adverse effects of environmental factors, the substances contained in the preparation relieve symptoms of eye fatigue caused by prolonged visual concentration, increase visual acuity and improve the adaptation of vision in the dark.

Indications
It is recommended to take the product: to persons over 40 years old, taking into account the deterioration of vision associated with age, as well as to younger people whose eye organ is intensively exposed to adverse environmental effects / external factors, that is: - working at a computer, - smoking cigarettes - staying in smoky rooms, - exposed to intense sunlight, - spending many hours reading or watching TV programs.

1 capsule per day.Wash down the capsule with a small amount of liquid. It is recommended to take the product with meals. Do not chew or dissolve. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The product should not be taken by pregnant women and children under 14 years of age, since these people lack data on the safety of using lutein and zeaxanthin.
