Dosage and administration
Univit is intended for oral administration. The tablet should not be chewed or crushed. It is advisable to take Univit after meals. The duration of the course of therapy and the dose of the drug determined by the doctor. As a prophylactic agent for children aged 4 to 6 years, it is usually recommended to prescribe 1 tablet of the drug with an interval of 12-24 hours. As a prophylactic agent for children aged 7 to 14 years, it is usually recommended to prescribe 1 tablet of the drug with an interval of 8-12 hours. For the treatment of deficient conditions in children aged 4 to 6 years, the prescription of the drug Univit in a daily dose of 4-5 pills is usually recommended. Interaction with other drugs
Univit well tolerated by patients. Adverse effects were observed only in patients with individual sensitivity to the components of the drug. During the period of drug therapy with Univit, it is possible for urine to stain yellow, which is caused by riboflavin and does not require discontinuation of the drug.
