It does not have a hypnotic effect, but it enhances the effect of hypnotic drugs and improves sleep during its disorders. Adaptol improves cognitive function, attention and mental performance, without stimulating the symptoms of productive psychopathological disorders - nonsense, pathological emotional activity.
