Pharmacological effect
Complex homeopathic medicine. It has anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antipyretic, detoxification effect. It has antiviral activity. Promotes the increase in the activity of nonspecific factors of local immunity. Reduces the intensity and duration of intoxication and catarrhal syndromes, normalizes the function of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract.
Pharmacokinetics
The action of the drug Aflubin is the result of the cumulative action of its components, therefore, conducting kinetic observations is not possible; collectively, components cannot be traced using markers or bioassays. For the same reason, it is impossible to detect metabolites of the drug.
Indications
The drug is recommended to receive for the prevention and treatment of influenza and other acute respiratory diseases, as well as in the complex treatment of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases accompanied by pain in the joints.

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug.
Precautionary measures
Since the drug Aflubin in the form of homeopathic drops contains herbal natural ingredients, during storage a slight turbidity of the solution or a weakening of smell and taste may be observed, which does not reduce the effectiveness of the drug.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The question of the use of the drug Aflubin during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) is decided by the doctor individually.
Dosage and administration
Aflubin is applied 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal. For children up to 1 year of age, they are used either alone or after dilution with 1 tablespoon of water or breast milk. It should be before swallowing the drug to hold for a few minutes the liquid in the mouth. Children up to 1 year old are prescribed 1 drop 3-8 times a day, from year to 12 years - 5 drops each, from 12 years old and for adults - 10 drops 3-8 pc (for flu and acute respiratory infections). Duration of treatment is 5-10 days. As a planned preventive therapy, children up to 1 year old use 1 drop, from year to 12 years - 5 drops, from 12 years old and adults - 10 drops 2 times a day.The duration of the prophylactic course is 3 weeks. The same dosages are used as emergency preventive therapy, but the duration of the drug is 2 days. In the complex therapy of rheumatic and inflammatory processes of the musculoskeletal system, accompanied by pain in the joints, 5 drops are prescribed (for children up to 12 years), 10 drops (from 12 years and adults) 3-8 times a day in the first 1-2 days, then use the same dosage with a frequency of no more than 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 1 month.
Side effects
In isolated cases, in persons with hypersensitivity to any component of the drug, allergic reactions are possible.
