Pharmacokinetics
Indications
Means for local anesthesia in ophthalmic practice. The action begins 30 seconds after instillation and lasts 15 minutes with a single instillation.
Contraindications
For tonometry and other short procedures, 1-2 drops are instilled immediately before the test. For longer procedures, 1-2 drops are instilled every 10-15 minutes, up to 3-5 times.
Dosage and administration
In ophthalmology for short-term diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that require quick and short-term anesthesia: including tonometry, tonoscopy, removal of foreign bodies.
