Description
Vitamin E produced by our company is available in red gelatin capsules (100 mg) of spherical shape, inside of which there is an oily liquid from a light yellow to a dark yellow shade that does not have a rancid odor. The surface of the capsules is smooth, without mechanical impurities and sagging.
The drug is supplied in blisters (10 capsules) or in orange glass jars (25 capsules). The tool is available in pharmacies without a prescription.
The composition of a single dose of the drug include:
- Vitamin E (100 mg). Acts as an active ingredient.
- Excipients (100 mg). The sunflower oil refined deodorized.
- Gelatin, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (nipagin), glycerol (glycerin), dye azorubine (dye acid red 2C). These substances form the shell of vitamin E.

Vitamin E produced by Marbiopharm belongs to the group of antioxidants. The substance performs the following functions in the human body:
- Interferes with oxidative processes in cell membranes.
- It has a stimulating effect on the synthesis of heme and heme-containing enzymes-hemoglobin, cytochrome, myoglobin, peroxidase, catalase.
- Inhibits cholesterol synthesis.
- Inhibits saturation of saturated fatty acids.
- Interferes with hemolysis of red blood cells, capillary fragility and permeability.
- Warns impaired function of the placenta, seminiferous tubules and testicles.
- Contributes to the normalization of reproductive function.
- It prevents the development of atherosclerosis and degenerative-dystrophic changes in the skeletal muscles and cardiac muscle.
Indications
Reception of vitamin E, the production of which is engaged in JSC Marbiofarm, is shown in the following cases:
- Treatment of hypovitaminosis E.

Contraindications
Vitamin E intake is contraindicated in children, persons with increased sensitivity to the components of the drug, as well as people who are in a state of acute myocardial infarction.
With caution, the agent should be taken after myocardial infarction and with an increased risk of thromboembolism, as well as patients with hypoprothrombinemia and severe cardiosclerosis.
Dosage and administration
Vitamin E from JSC "Marbiopharm" should be taken orally after a meal in a dosage of 100-300 mg / day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 1 g / day.
When spermatogenesis disorders are detected, vitamin E supplementation is prescribed in combination with hormonal therapy at 100-300 mg / day (the duration of therapy is 1 month).
Patients suffering from diseases of the neuromuscular system, taking vitamin E is indicated at a dosage of 100 mg / day for 1-2 months. A repeated course of therapy is possible in 2-3 months.
With the threat of abortion, the recommended dose is 100 mg / day (the duration of therapy is from 1 to 2 weeks). With the deterioration of the fetal condition and the usual abortion, vitamin E is taken at 100 mg / day.
When treating dermatological diseases, patients are prescribed a dose of 100 mg / day (duration of treatment is 20-40 days).
For people suffering from peripheral vascular disease, atherosclerosis, or myocardiodystrophy, the recommended dose is 100 mg / day. Therapy is carried out for 20-40 days together with vitamin A. A repeated course of treatment is possible in 2-3 months.
Side effects
When taking vitamin E, allergic reactions and dyspepsia may occur.
With prolonged therapy in doses of 400-800 IU / day, dizziness, blurred vision, fatigue, nausea, headaches, asthenia, gastralgia, diarrhea are observed. If you increase the dose of more than 800 U / day for a long period of treatment, manifestations are possible in the form of thyroid hormone metabolic disturbances, an increased risk of bleeding in people with hypovitaminosis K, thrombophlebitis, sexual function disorders, necrotic colitis, thromboembolism, hepatomegaly, sepsis, renal failure, hyperbilirubinemia, ascites, hemorrhagic stroke, retinal hemorrhage.

Interaction with other drugs
Vitamin E produced by Marbiopharm enhances the effect of anti-inflammatory nonsteroidal drugs, anti-epileptic drugs, glucocorticosteroids, cardiac glycosides. This reduces the effectiveness of vitamins A and D. In order to avoid overdose, it is not recommended to use vitamin complexes simultaneously, which include vitamin E.
Storage conditions
Vitamin E should be stored in a dry place, preventing direct sunlight. Storage temperature - from 10 to 25 degrees. The shelf life is 2 years from the date of production.
