Pharmacokinetics
Benzoyl peroxide penetration through the skin is low. The main part of benzoyl peroxide is converted into benzoic acid, which, after absorption, enters the systemic circulation and is rapidly excreted by the kidneys. There is no cumulation in the tissues. Cutaneous application of Basiron AC AU in therapeutic doses does not lead to systemic side effects.

Precautionary measures
If the cream accidentally gets on the mucous membranes, rinse them with water. Remember to avoid exposure to direct sunlight immediately after applying Basiron AC, it causes irritation. It is not allowed to use drying or irritating agents (containing alcohol), as well as perfumes, while using the drug. Overdose may cause irritation. In this case, you should stop using the cream for a few days and try not to overdry the skin. Use during pregnancy and lactation

Basiron AC AC gel should be avoided on the mucous membranes of the eyes, mouth and nose. In case of accidental contact with the drug on the mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with warm water. The simultaneous use of products with a peeling, drying or irritating effect (for example, those containing alcohol) is not recommended. Solar and UV radiation, which is an additional cause of skin irritation, is not recommended.
