Dosage and administration

Adults and children over 14 years old - 1 sachet or 2 tsp 1-4 times a day, after having mixed the powder in half a glass of water, juice, kefir, yogurt or any other non-carbonated soft drink. It is recommended to drink a glass of clean non-carbonated water.
