Pharmacological effect

Lactic acid is a natural product of the life of the lactic acid bacteria of the vagina, provides a vaginal secretion pH in the range of 3.5-4.5. Lactic acid suppositories help restore and maintain normal pH and flora of the vagina, suppress the growth of acid-sensitive pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic flora. Dairy acid creates an acid reserve for correcting the pH shift observed in vaginal infections to the alkaline side. It helps to increase the natural protection of the vagina against genital infections.
