Pharmacological effect
Combined drug, the action of which is due to the properties of its constituent components. It has a fibrinolytic, anti-inflammatory (due to an extract of Seraye bulbs), an antithrombotic (due to heparin), and a keratolytic effect (due to allantoin). Stimulates cell regeneration without hyperplasia. Inhibits the proliferation of keloid fibroblasts.
Pharmacokinetics
The experiment showed that heparin penetrates the connective tissue of the dermis in a clinically sufficient amount over 4 hours. Deep penetration is provided by a combination of heparin with an extract of Cerae bulbs and allantoin (transepidermal heparinization). When using the drug Contractubex systemic absorption is not observed.
Indications
Hypertrophic and keloid scars that occur after surgery, amputations, burns and injuries. Ankillosis (contractures) of the joints. Dupuytren's contract Traumatic tendon contractures. Strokes after pregnancy. .
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug components, pregnancy, breastfeeding period, children under 1 year.

Use during pregnancy and lactation
The effect of the drug during pregnancy and lactation has not been studied.
Dosage and administration
Outwardly. The consumption of the drug in one application on average 0.5 cm of gel on the scar surface of 20-25 cm2. Adults apply the drug 2-3 times a day, for children over 1 year old, the drug is applied 1-2 times a day. The gel is applied in a thin layer and lightly rubbed into the scar tissue. The treatment course for fresh scars (including ankylosis (contractures) of the joints, traumatic tendon contractures, stretch marks after pregnancy) is on average 4 weeks.In case of long-standing dense scars (including ankylosis (contractures) of joints, traumatic tendon contractures, stretch marks after pregnancy), an occlusive bandage with gel is applied at night. The course of treatment is on average 3-6 months. With Dupuytren's contracture, the treatment course averages 12 months. For prophylaxis, the phase after epithelization of the wound is used (no granulation is applied).
Side effects
Usually, Contractubex is tolerated very well, even with prolonged use. The most commonly observed skin reactions at the site of application. The classification of the frequency of adverse reactions: very often (≥1 / 10). often (≥1 / 100 to <1/10), infrequently (≥1 / 1000 to <1/100), rarely (≥1 / 10,000 to <1/1000), very rarely (<1/10000), the frequency is not installed (currently, data on the prevalence of adverse reactions are not available). On the part of the skin: often: itching, erythema, telangiectasia, scar atrophy; infrequently: hyperpigmentation of the skin, skin atrophy.
