Active substances: 355 mg of hydrolytic lignin, 120 mg of lactulose, Excipients: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
Pharmacological effect
The therapeutic effect of the drug is due to the antagonistic effect of lactobacilli on pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, including staphylococci, enteropathogenic E. coli, Proteus, Shigella, which determines the correcting effect of the drug in cases of bacteriocenosis. The drug improves metabolic processes, prevents the formation of protracted forms of intestinal diseases, increases the nonspecific resistance of the organism.
Indications
Violations of intestinal microflora, incl. as a result of antibiotic therapy. Irritable bowel syndrome (as part of complex therapy). Hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver (as part of complex therapy). Allergic diseases (atopic dermatitis, urticaria) as part of complex therapy.
Contraindications
Intestinal obstruction. Gastrointestinal bleeding. Galactosemia. Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Precautionary measures
Precautions for use. The dissolved drug is not subject to storage. A drug whose integrity in the packaging is broken (cracked vials), a drug without a label, a drug with altered physical properties (discoloration, shrinking biomass), in the presence of inclusions, is unsuitable for use. Dosage and administration
Laktofiltrum is applied orally 3 times a day between meals (1-1.5 hours before meals and other medicines), over 12 years old and adults - 2-3 pills, children 8-12 years old - 1-2 pills, children from 3 to 7 years old - 1 tablet, children from 1 year to 3 years old - 1/2 tablet. The average duration of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

Interaction with other drugs
Due to the high antibiotic resistance of lactobacilli, it is allowed to use dry lactobacterin in antibiotic therapy.
