Pharmacological effect
Antibiotic from the group of rifamycins for local use in otolaryngology. The mechanism of action of rifamycin is associated with the formation of a stable complex with DNA-dependent RNA polymerase, which prevents the growth of bacteria. It is active against most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria that cause the development of infectious-inflammatory diseases of the middle ear.
Pharmacokinetics
Beta-alanine is an amino acid. Counteracts the sharp release of histamine, but does not possess antihistamine activity due to the absence of blockade of HI-receptors. Beta-alanine has a direct effect on peripheral vasodilation of the skin, which causes vegetative "hot flashes", a feeling of warmth, heat, headache. At the physiological level, vasomotor tides are caused by the activity of the thermoregulatory centers in the hypothalamus, leading to peripheral skin vasodilation. This is a consequence of the reactions that occur in the imbalance of cerebral neurotransmitters, occurring after the cessation of secretion of hormones by the ovaries. The drug contributes to the saturation of peripheral receptors of neurotransmitters that are involved in this process.
