Pharmacological effect
Combined drug. It has anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, reduces gas formation in the intestine. Guayazulen has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, reduces allergic reactions, strengthens the regenerative processes, has an antioxidant effect. Due to the inhibitory effect on the release of histamine from mast cells, cells of the gastric mucosa, inhibits acid secretion. Dimethicone is a hydrophobic polymeric substance with low surface tension that reduces gas formation in the intestine and covers the protective film of the wall of the alimentary canal.
Indications
Irritable bowel syndrome; functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children up to 14 years (capsules), children and adolescents up to 18 years (gel for oral administration).
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Perhaps the use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
Dosage and administration
Assign 1 capsule or sachet 2-3 times a day before meals or in the event of pain. The course of treatment is determined individually. In preparation for the study of the abdominal organs, 1 capsule or sachet is prescribed 2-3 times a day on the eve of the study and 1 capsule or sachet in the morning on the study day.
