Pharmacological effect
Sedative preparation of plant origin. It has a sedative and antispasmodic effect. Extract of rhizomes with valerian roots causes a moderately sedative effect. Melissa extract and peppermint extract have a sedative and antispasmodic effect.

Contraindications

Dosage and administration
Inside, drinking water, regardless of the meal. Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: with increased nervous excitability, irritability - 2-3 pills, coated, 2-3 times a day; for insomnia, 2–3 pills, coated, 1 hour before bedtime. The maximum daily dose is 12 table. in a day. When discontinuation of treatment, withdrawal does not occur. Do not use the drug continuously for more than 1.5-2 months.
Side effects
Possible allergic reactions (hyperemia, skin rash, peripheral edema, allergic dermatitis), bronchospasm, with prolonged use - constipation.
Overdose
Symptoms: a single dose of 20 g of rhizomes with valerian roots (approximately 103 tab.Persen) may cause fatigue, stomach cramps, chest tightness, dizziness, hand tremor, dilated pupils, which can pass on their own within 24 hours. Treatment: gastric lavage is recommended; if necessary, conduct symptomatic therapy. With symptoms of overdose, the patient should consult a doctor.
Interaction with other drugs
With simultaneous use of the drug with other drugs that depress the central nervous system (including sleeping pills, antihypertensive drugs of central action, analgesics), it is possible to enhance the effect on the central nervous system (may require dose adjustment).

In patients with GERD, symptoms may worsen. If during the use of the drug symptoms persist or worsen, the patient should consult with your doctor. Do not use the drug continuously for more than 1.5-2 months. Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and control mechanisms: During the period of drug treatment, care should be taken when performing potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving, working with moving mechanisms, the work of the controller, operator)
