Indications
Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat: - pharyngitis, laryngitis, the initial stage of sore throat; - inflammation of the gums and oral mucosa (gingivitis, stomatitis).
Contraindications

Precautionary measures
During treatment, psoriasis may worsen. During pheochromocytoma, propranolol can only be used after taking an alpha blocker. After a long course of treatment, propranolol should be discontinued gradually, under the supervision of a physician. during anesthesia, you must stop taking propranolol or find a remedy for anesthesia with minimal negative inotropic effects. The impact on the ability to drive vehicles and control mechanisms of patients whose activities require increased attention, the question of the use of propranolol on an outpatient basis should be addressed only after evaluating the individual response of the patient.
Dosage and administration
The lozenge should be resorbed in the mouth until completely dissolved. Pastils should not be taken immediately before or during meals. Adults and children over the age of 12 are recommended to take lozenges every 2-3 hours, but not more than 8 lozenges / day. For children over the age of 4 years, they are recommended to take lozenges every 3-4. h, but not more than 4 pastilles / day. For children aged 10 to 12 years, it is recommended to take lozenges every 3-4 hours, but not more than 6 lozenges / day.
Side effects
Side effects are rarely seen with the Septolet lozenges; Neo in the recommended doses. Possible: allergic reactions, gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, diarrhea), at which manifestation the use of the drug should be stopped. The preparation contains polyols (maltitol, mannitol), which can cause diarrhea in large doses, especially in children.
