Composition

Pharmacological effect
Indiscriminately inhibiting cyclooxygenase 1 (CPP) and cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2), violates the metabolism of arachidonic acid, reduces the amount of prostaglandins in the focus of inflammation. Most effective for inflammatory pain. Water-ethanol base additionally has a local anesthetic effect.
Indications
Inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic, juvenile chronic arthritis, soft tissue lesions, gouty arthritis), traumatic inflammations of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (as a result of sprains, during exercise and bruises). Pain syndrome (neuralgia, myalgia, tendovaginitis, bursitis, rheumatic lesions of soft tissues, degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system: deforming osteoarthrosis, osteochondrosis).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or to any other therapeutic agent from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), and any of the excipients of the drug, patients for whom acetylsalicylic acid or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) is accompanied by asthma attacks, urticaria or coryza , violation of the integrity of the skin at the site of application of the drug, pregnancy (III trimester), lactation, child age (up to 15 years).
Use during pregnancy and lactation
During the first six months of pregnancy should not take the drug without special need and on a large surface area of the body (more than 600 cmg). It is also not recommended to use the drug for a long time (more than three weeks). The drug is contraindicated in the last trimester of pregnancy.
Dosage and administration
The drug should be applied only to the skin. When you press once on the dosing device, 0.2 g of the drug (1 dose) containing 8 mg of diclofenac is released. Side effects

Contact with eyes and mucous membranes, as well as oral administration of the drug should be avoided, apply only to damaged skin, the skin area with the applied preparation is not recommended to be exposed to excessive sunlight in order to avoid photosensitivity, the drug should be immediately stopped when a skin rash appears, do not use in conjunction with tight clothing and dressings, the drug contains propylene glycol and peppermint oil, which can cause skin irritation and alle -meteorological reaction.
