Composition
100% natural sea water. Isotonic natural sterile sea water with a sodium chloride content (NaCl) of 9 g / l, with an osmolality index of 200-400 mOsm / kg. Contains all active substances and trace elements of sea water: K, Mg, Na, Ca, Cl, Se, I, Zn, Cu, Fe, etc. Does not contain preservatives.
Pharmacological effect
Xylometazoline belongs to the group of local vasoconstrictor agents (decongestants) with α2-adrenomimetic action. It has a fast, pronounced and prolonged vasoconstrictor effect on the vessels of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, thus eliminating its swelling and hyperemia. Restores patency of the nasal passages, facilitates nasal breathing in rhinitis. In therapeutic concentrations does not irritate the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, does not cause hyperemia. The action comes in a few minutes and lasts for 10-12 hours.
Pharmacokinetics

Indications

Contraindications

Dosage and administration
Intranasal (in each nasal passage). Adults and children over 6 years of age: 1 injection Xylometazoline - SOLOpharm, nasal spray dosed at 140 μg / dose in each nasal passage (can be repeated if necessary); should not be used more than 3 times a day. If the symptoms worsen or the improvement does not occur within 3 days, you should consult with your doctor. In the recommended dose without consultation with the doctor to use no more than 7 days. Doses above the recommended can only be used under the supervision of a physician. With frequent and prolonged use of the drug, the feeling of nasal congestion may appear again or worsen. Side effects

Overdose

Interaction with other drugs
