The following combinations of drugs for a course of 7 days are recommended: The drug Zulbex 20 mg 2 times / day + clarithromycin 500 mg 2 times / day and amoxicillin 1 g 2 times / day. In patients with impaired renal function and / or liver, dose adjustment of the drug Zulbex is not required.
