Pharmacological effect
The digestive enzyme has a complex effect on the gastrointestinal tract and its microflora. It acts bacteriostatic on gram-positive microorganisms (reduces the processes of decay and fermentation). Promotes the breakdown and absorption of fats in the intestine. It adsorbs microorganisms and their toxins, salts of heavy metals. Increases the protective function of the intestinal mucosa; normalizes intestinal microflora. Possessing enzymatic properties, restores impaired absorption. Contains lipoproteins, glycosaminoglycans, bile and nucleic acids and sialomucins.
Indications
Acute and chronic gastritis, enteritis, colitis, chronic pancreatitis with impaired digestion, celiac disease, dysbiosis, irritable bowel syndrome, short bowel syndrome, atopic asthma, allergic dermatosis, gallstone disease in the stage of sludge and small cholesterol stones, postcholecystectomical syndrome, diverticular disease , ulcerative colitis, diarrhea (infectious genesis).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Dosage and administration
Inside, 15–20 minutes before a meal with a small amount of water. In the acute course of the disease - 2 caps. (0.6 g) 3 times a day for 10 days. In the chronic course of the disease - 1 caps. (0.3 g) 3 times a day for 20 days. With the preventive purpose - 1 caps. (0.3 g) 2 times a day for 30 days. If necessary, the course of prophylactic treatment can be repeated.
Side effects
In some cases, constipation is possible (stopped by an increase in water consumption).
