Composition
1 g ointment contains: Active substance: fluocinolone acetonide 250 mcg. Adjuvants: propylene glycol - 50 mg, citric acid - 0.01 mg, anhydrous lanolin - 40 mg, white petrolatum - up to 1 g.
Pharmacological effect
Gx for external use. has anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, antiexudative and antipruritic action. reduces the appearance or eliminates the inflammatory skin reaction.
Indications
Severe inflammatory and allergic diseases of the skin and mucous membranes (including those resistant to other corticosteroids): neurodermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, lichen planus, seborrheic dermatitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity; acne; bacterial (including tuberculosis), fungal, viral and neoplastic diseases of the skin.
Precautionary measures
It should not be used for a long time and in large areas (possible manifestation of systemic effects). If skin irritation occurs at the site of application of the ointment, it should be canceled. When dryness and a feeling of stiffness appear, lubricate the skin with 5% salicylic oil.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Contraindicated in pregnancy.
Dosage and administration
Outwardly. Apply on the affected surface, slightly rubbing, 1-2 times a day, not more than 2 g / day. In psoriasis, it is possible to use an occlusive dressing.
