Pharmacological effect
Antipyretics of plant origin. The complex of biologically active substances of linden flowers (essential oils, saponins, flavonoids) has diaphoretic properties, which leads to a decrease in body temperature. Strengthening sweating due to the expansion of the superficial vessels of the skin, a slight increase in heart rate, increased function of sweat glands. Increases diuresis, increases the secretion of gastric juice, increases bile formation, has a mild sedative effect. When applied topically, it has astringent, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial effect.
Contraindications

Dosage and administration
About 10 g (3 tablespoons) of flowers are placed in an enameled bowl, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water are poured, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Is ingested hot 2-3 times a day: Adults and children over 16 years old - 1-2 cups.
