Composition

Pharmacological effect
Rinopront is a combination drug, has antihistamine, local anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictor action. Reduces the severity of local exudative manifestations, reduces the permeability of the capillaries of the nasal mucosa. Due to phenylephrine causes vasoconstriction and reduction of edema of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity. Eliminates the effects of rhinitis, burning in the eyes, feeling of heaviness in the head for 10-12 hours.
Indications
Acute rhinitis of various origins (vasomotor, allergic, infectious-inflammatory), hay fever, sinusitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, thyrotoxicosis, pheochromocytoma, angle-closure glaucoma, prostate adenoma, hypertension, age (up to 1 year).
Precautionary measures
In patients with angina, trimetazidine from the 15th day of treatment increases coronary reserve (time to the occurrence of ischemic disorders during exercise), limits blood pressure drops during exercise without changing heart rate, reduces the frequency of strokes and reduces nitrate consumption.
Use during pregnancy and lactation

Interaction with other drugs
Incompatible with MAO inhibitors, enhances the effect of sedatives, alcohol, potentiates the sympathomimetic effect of guanethidine and isobarin. Simultaneous administration with halothane can cause arrhythmias.
