Composition

1 g of diclofenac diethylamine 11.6 mg, which corresponds to the content of diclofenac sodium 10 mg. Excipients: isopropanol, carbomer 940, polysorbate 80, benzyl alcohol, sodium disulfite, sorbitol, trolamine, purified water.

Pharmacological effect

NSAIDs, a derivative of phenylacetic acid, have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Indirectly inhibiting cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), affects the metabolism of arachidonic acid, reduces the amount of prostaglandins in the focus of inflammation.

Indications

Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system: rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic, juvenile chronic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatic soft tissue lesions, gouty arthritis) traumatic inflammation of the tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (as a result of stretching, with exercise and cramps, as a result of strains, stresses, muscles and joints (as a result of stretching, stress and muscle cramps), traumatic inflammation of the tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints

Contraindications

- complete or incomplete combination of asthma, recurrent nasal polyposis and paranasal sinuses, and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (in history) - violation of the integrity of the skin - pregnancy (III trimester) - lactation period - children's age (up to 12 years) - increased sensitivity to diclofenac or other components of the drug acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs. Hepatic porphyria (exacerbation), erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (in the acute phase), severe liver and kidney dysfunction, chronic heart failure, impaired blood clotting (including hemophilia, prolonged bleeding time, bleeding tendency) bronchial asthma, advanced age, pregnancy I and II trimester.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Use during pregnancy (III trimester) and during lactation is contraindicated. With care: pregnancy I and II trimester.
