Composition
Sodium tetradecyl sulfate, benzyl alcohol 20 mg, sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate 7.5 mg, potassium dihydrophosphate 1 mg, sodium hydroxide to pH 7.65-7.75, water d / and up to 1 ml.
Pharmacological effect
Venosclerosing agent. It has surface-active thrombogenic properties. When introduced into the veins, it causes thrombus formation followed by the organization of a blood clot and its accretion with the vessel wall. It has no significant effect on the functions of the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system, cardiovascular system, liver and kidney functions, blood biochemical parameters. When released into the perivascular tissue, it is irritating.
Indications
Conservative sclerotherapy for primary and uncomplicated forms of moderately pronounced varicose dilatation of the superficial veins of the lower extremities with established good permeability of deep and communicative veins, as well as for loose type of varicose lesions, when the surgical removal of all varicose areas is practically impossible.
Sclerotherapy of disabled varicose tributaries of the saphenous veins as part of a complex treatment or in the postoperative period.
Varicose veins of the esophagus.

Contraindications
Acute thrombosis and impassability of deep veins of the leg and thigh, concomitant acute thrombophlebitis, extensive and severe varicose veins (including deep) with valve insufficiency, varicose veins on the background of tumors of the abdominal cavity and pelvis, migrating phlebitis, obliterating endarteritis, phlebosis, , fever, allergic diseases and conditions, phlegmon, diabetes mellitus, toxic thyrotoxicosis, bronchial asthma, oncological diseases, acute infections, tuberculosis, sepsis, impaired cell composition blood, acute respiratory or skin diseases, common diseases requiring bed rest, heart disease with symptoms of decompensation, pregnancy, lactation period, hypersensitivity to sodium tetradecyl sulfate.
