Bifidobacteria and lactobacteria that are part of the drug have a high antagonistic activity against pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, inhibit their vital activity, prevent their adhesion to the intestinal mucosa, create favorable conditions for the development of beneficial intestinal microflora, support and regulate the physiological balance of intestinal microorgans. its physiological functions, contribute to the normalization of gastrointestinal microbiocenosis and increase nonspecific resistance organism, have immunomodulatory effects. Bifidobacteria sorbed in the form of microcolonies have advantages for reproduction on the intestinal mucosa. Lactobacilli together with bifidobacteria have an enhanced inhibitory effect on rotaviruses and hemolytic E. coli. Bacteria of the normal microflora, which are part of the preparation, activate parietal digestion, participate in the enzymatic cleavage of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, in the metabolism of bile acids and cholesterol, which provides a cholesterol-lowering effect, promote the absorption of iron, calcium, vitamin D, synthesize amino acids, vitamins ( especially group B). Dosage and administration
Inside, during the meal, if necessary, regardless of the meal. The drug before use is mixed with a liquid food, preferably a fermented milk product, newborns and infants - with mother's milk or formula for artificial feeding. You can mix the drug with 30-50 ml of boiled water at room temperature, this forms a cloudy suspension with particles of black sorbent.
