Solution

Composition

on 1 ml: Active substances: Bioactive concentrate from small sea fish - 0.1 ml, Sprat (Sprattus sprattus sprattus), Black Sea Merlang (Odontogadus merlangus euxinus), Black Sea Alosa (tanaica nordmanni), Black Sea Anchovy (Engraulus ecologus ecologic ecologicus) Excipients: water for injection (up to 1 ml), phenol (max. 0.005 g).

Pharmacological effect

Alflutop - chondroprotector, the active component of which is a bioactive concentrate from small marine fish, obtained by extraction with subsequent deproteinization and delipidization. The concentrate contains mucopolysaccharides (chondroitin sulfate), amino acids, peptides, ions of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and zinc. Alflutop prevents the destruction of the macromolecular structures of normal tissues, stimulates recovery processes in the interstitial tissue and articular cartilage tissue, which explains its anesthetic action. Anti-inflammatory action and tissue regeneration are based on the inhibition of hyaluronidase activity and normalization of hyaluronic acid biosynthesis. Both of these effects are synergistic and determine the activation of regenerative processes in tissues (in particular, the restoration of cartilage structure).

Indications

Primary and secondary osteoarthritis of various localization (coxarthrosis, gonarthrosis, arthrosis of small joints); spondylosis; osteochondrosis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, lactation, childhood and adolescence (due to the lack of data from clinical studies in this category of patients).

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and lactation.

Dosage and administration

In case of polyosteoarthrosis and osteochondrosis, Alflutop solution is injected deep intramuscularly, 1 ml per day. The course of treatment is 20 injections (1 injection per day for 20 days). In the case of predominant lesions of large joints, the drug is injected into the joint 1-2 ml into each joint with an interval of 3-4 days between injections. The course of treatment is 5-6 injections into each joint. A combination of intramuscular injection and intra-articular injection is possible. The course of treatment should be repeated after 6 months.
