Pharmacological effect
Non-selective beta blocker. It has antianginal, hypotensive and antiarrhythmic effects, which manifest themselves in systemic use. Indications
For use in ophthalmology: increased intraocular pressure, chronic open-angle glaucoma, angle-closure glaucoma (as an additional means in combination with myotics), secondary glaucoma (including aphakic), congenital glaucoma (with the ineffectiveness of other therapeutic interventions).
Contraindications
AV block II and III degree, sinoatrial block, bradycardia, SSSU, arterial hypotension, chronic heart failure IIB-III stage, acute heart failure, vasomotor rhinitis, Raynaud's disease and other vascular obliterating diseases, metabolic acidosis, lactation.
Use during pregnancy and lactation

Dosage and administration

Side effects
