Pharmacological effect
Antifungal drug for external use, with a wide range of antifungal activity. Pharmacokinetics

Indications
Prevention and treatment of fungal infections of the skin: mycoses of the feet (tinea pedis), inguinal athlete's disease (tinea craris), fungal lesions of the smooth skin of the body (tinea corporis) caused by dermatophytes, diaper rash caused by mold fungi, pityrias, caused by dimorphic fungi.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to terbinafine or to any of the inactive ingredients that make up the drug.

Use during pregnancy and lactation
Clinical experience with Lamisil Dermgel for external use during pregnancy is very limited, it can be used if the intended benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. Terbinafine is excreted in breast milk, therefore it should not be given to nursing mothers. In experimental studies, the teratogenic properties of terbinafine have not been identified . Dosage and administration

Overdose
No cases of overdose of Lamisil Dermgel have been reported. Symptoms: accidental ingestion of a tube weighing 30 g containing 300 mg of terbinafine base is comparable to taking 1 tablet of Lamisil at a dosage of 250 mg (single dose for an adult).
