Composition

Pharmacological effect

Miconazole has antifungal effects. It inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, changes the composition and permeability of the cell wall. Active against dermatophytes yeast and other fungi. It shows antimicrobial activity against gram-positive microorganisms. Pharmacokinetics: With local applications, only a small number of metabolites are found in the blood. Dosage and administration
