Pharmacological effect
When used in therapeutic doses has a bacteriostatic effect, in high doses - bactericidal. Active against gram-positive (Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Clostridium) and gram-negative (E.coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Vibrio cholerae, etc.) microorganisms. Indications

Contraindications
