Indications
Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system: rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic, juvenile chronic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis; rheumatic soft tissue lesions; gouty arthritis); traumatic inflammations of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (as a result of sprains, under load and bruises).
Contraindications
- complete or incomplete combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent nasal polyposis and paranasal sinuses, and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (in history);
- violation of the integrity of the skin;
- pregnancy (III trimester);
- lactation period;
- children's age (up to 12 years);
- Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other components of the drug acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.
WITHcaution
Hepatic porphyria (exacerbation), erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (in the acute phase), severe violations of the liver and kidneys, chronic heart failure, impaired blood clotting (including hemophilia, lengthening of bleeding time, bleeding tendency); bronchial asthma, advanced age, pregnancy I and II trimester.
Use during pregnancy and lactation

Dosage and administration

Side effects

Overdose
Symptoms: due to low systemic absorption during gel application, overdose is unlikely. In case of accidental ingestion may develop systemic adverse reactions.
Treatment: gastric lavage, induction of vomiting, activated carbon, forced diuresis, symptomatic therapy. Dialysis is not effective due to the high degree of binding to diclofenac proteins (about 99%).
