Pharmacological effect
Mucolytic drug. The mucolytic and expectorant action is due to the activation of sialic transferase, an enzyme of the goblet cells of the bronchial mucosa. Normalizes the quantitative ratio of acidic and neutral sialomucins of bronchial secretions, restores viscosity and elasticity of mucus, facilitates its discharge. It promotes the regeneration of the mucous membrane, normalizes its structure, activates the activity of the ciliary epithelium, improves mucociliary clearance. Restores the secretion of immunologically active IgA (specific protection) and the amount of sulfhydryl groups of mucus components (non-specific protection).
Pharmacokinetics

Indications
Acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases, (tracheitis, bronchitis, tracheobronchitis, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis) and inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity, nasopharynx, paranasal sinuses and middle ear (rhinitis, adenoiditis, sinusitis, otitis media), accompanied by the formation of viscous and middle ear (rhinitis, adenoiditis, sinusitis, otitis media), accompanied by the formation of viscous and middle ear (rhinitis, adenoiditis, sinusitis, otitis media), accompanied by the formation of viscous and middle ear (rhinitis) sputum, mucus); preparation for bronchoscopy and / or bronchography.
Contraindications
hypersensitivity to carbocysteine or other components of the drug, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute stage, chronic glomerulonephritis (in the acute phase), cystitis, childhood up to 15 years, pregnancy (I term).
Precautionary measures
With caution should be prescribed the drug for chronic glomerulonephritis (in history), gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer (in history).
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Use of the drug Fluditec syrup 50 mg / ml in the first trimester of pregnancy is contraindicated. Caution should be given to Fluditec syrup 50 mg / ml in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
Dosage and administration
For oral administration.15 ml 3 times a day, preferably 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals. Treatment should not last more than 8-10 days without consulting a doctor. 15 ml of syrup contains 750 mg of carbocysteine.
Side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, epigastric pain, flatulence, gastrointestinal bleeding, dizziness, weakness, malaise, in rare cases - allergic reactions (itching, urticaria, exanthema, angioedema). If any of the side effects mentioned in the instruction are aggravated, or you have noticed any other side effects not indicated in the instructions, inform your doctor.
Overdose
Symptoms: gastralgia, nausea, diarrhea. Treatment: symptomatic therapy is carried out.
Interaction with other drugs
With simultaneous use Flyudec increases the effectiveness of glucocorticosteroid (mutually) and antibacterial therapy of inflammatory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract. With simultaneous use, Fluditec enhances the bronchodilator effect of theophylline.
special instructions
Patients with diabetes mellitus or on a low-carb diet should take into account that 1 tablespoon of 50 mg / ml syrup contains 5.25 g of sucrose. The 50 mg / ml syrup is intended for adults and children over 15 years of age only.
