Pharmacological effect
Combined drug with antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory and venosclerosis action for local use in proctology. Heparin is a direct-acting anticoagulant. When applied topically, it has a local antithrombotic, anti-exudative and moderate anti-inflammatory effect; promotes the regeneration of connective tissue; prevents coagulation of blood in hemorrhoidal nodules. Prednisolone - GCS, has anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative and antiallergic effect, reduces itching, burning sensation, pain in the anorectal region. Lauromacrogol 400 (polidocanol) has a local anesthetic effect and provides sclerosis hemorrhoids.

Indications
