Active ingredient: inosine.
Indications
Coronary heart disease (myocardial infarction, coronary insufficiency, cardiac arrhythmias), congenital and acquired heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy of various origins, coronary atherosclerosis, digitalis intoxication, myocarditis, "pulmonary heart", degenerative changes of the myocardium (against the background of heavy physical exertion, infectious and endocrine genesis), liver diseases (acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, alcoholic and medicinal injuries of the liver, fatty degeneration of the liver), gastric ulcer ka and duodenum, urokoporfriya. Poisoning drugs, alcoholism, radiation leukopenia (prophylaxis), operations on an isolated kidney (as a means of pharmacological protection in case of temporary shutdown of the blood circulation of the operated organ).
Contraindications

Dosage and administration
In / in (slowly, in streams or drip - 40-60 drops / min): start with the introduction of 200 mg (10 ml of 2% solution) 1 time per day, then, with good tolerance, increase the dose to 400 mg 1-2 times in a day. The duration of treatment is 10-15 days. In acute disorders of rhythm and conductivity, jet injection in a single dose of 200-400 mg is permissible. For pharmacological protection of the kidneys subjected to ischemia, they are administered intravenously, 1.2 g (60 ml of a 2% solution) in a single dose 5–15 minutes before clamping the renal artery, and then another 0.8 g (40 ml of a 2% solution) immediately after restore blood circulation. For IV drip 2% diluted in 5% dextrose solution or 0.9% NaCl solution (up to 250 ml).
Side effects
Hyperuricemia, exacerbation of gout (with long-term intake in high doses), allergic reactions (hyperemia, itching of the skin, urticaria).
