Pharmacological effect
Immunomodulatory drug. It has a regulating effect on cellular, humoral immunity reactions and non-specific resistance of the organism. Stimulates regeneration processes in case of their oppression. Improves the course of cellular metabolism. Enhances the expression of differentiation receptors on lymphocytes, normalizes the number of T-helper cells, cytotoxic T-lymphocytes and their ratio in patients with various immunodeficiency states.
Pharmacokinetics
The drug quickly enters the systemic circulation after intranasal administration. Under the influence of peptidases, alpha-glutamyl-tryptophan sodium is split into L-glutamic acid and L-tryptophan, which are used by the body in peptide synthesis.
Indications
- complex therapy of acute and chronic infectious and inflammatory diseases, accompanied by a decrease in cellular immunity; - prevention of inhibition of immunity, blood formation, regeneration processes in the post-traumatic and postoperative period, during radiation therapy or chemotherapy, with the use of massive doses of antibiotics; - prevention and complex therapy of viral (including acute respiratory infections and influenza), bacterial and chlamydial infections; - prevention and complex therapy of acute and chronic diseases bolevany airways.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Dosage and administration
