Pharmacological effect
Combined drug that has antibacterial, antifungal and local anti-inflammatory effect due to the components included in its composition. Natamycin belongs to the polyene antibiotics of the macrolide group, has a fungicidal effect. Active against yeast and yeast-like fungi (especially Candida spp.). Dermatomycetes are less sensitive to natamycin. Neomycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic from the group of aminoglycosides, active against gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus spp., Enterococcus spp .; Gram-negative bacteria: Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., Escherichia coli and others. Hydrocortisone has anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictor action. Eliminates inflammation and itching that accompany various types of dermatosis.
Pharmacokinetics
Natamycin and neomycin are practically not absorbed through intact skin and mucous membranes. Neomycin can be absorbed through damaged skin when applied to extensive wound and burn surfaces. From intact to hydrocortisone is absorbed through intact skin; with dermatitis, the amount of absorbable hydrocortisone is increased by 2 times, with infectious skin lesions may increase by 5 times. In children, the absorption of hydrocortisone through intact skin is higher than in adults. The degree of absorption of the drug into the systemic circulation decreases with age.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Dosage and administration
For adults and children, the drug is applied to the affected skin 2-4 times / day. Children should apply the drug on limited skin areas and not apply occlusive dressings. In the absence of improvement in children and adults after 14 days, you should consult a doctor. The drug in the form of a cream is recommended for the treatment of acute and subacute dermatosis. The drug in the form of an ointment is intended for the treatment of subacute and chronic dermatoses, especially in the presence of severe dryness of the skin, lichenification, or in cases where the occlusive properties of the ointment are necessary.
Side effects
