Composition
1 ml of ketorolac trometamol 30 mg. Excipients: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, pregelatinized starch, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, magnesium stearate, carboxymethyl starch sodium.
Pharmacological effect
NSAIDs. Ketorolaka trometamol has a pronounced analgesic effect, also has anti-inflammatory and moderate antipyretic effect. The mechanism of action is associated with the non-selective inhibition of the activity of COX-1 and COX-2, catalyzing the formation of prostaglandins from arachidonic acid, which play an important role in the pathogenesis of pain, inflammation and fever.
